I greatly enjoy coaching creative and talented business leaders and professionals who value self awareness and taking purposeful action to improve their own skills and help their employees shine.

 

My coaching approach helps people understand themselves and their employees better and use that knowledge to build a stronger business.  I emphasize business people's ability to move in any direction they choose and to take responsibility for creating movement in their businesses.

 

I coach business people to focus on the big picture instead of getting stuck staring a single detail over and over.  We work on creating a strong founation so that they can then fill in the blanks to achieve success in their particular area of specialization.

 

My coaching approach helps people move from reacting to events to proactively planning for the unexpected.  I coach people mostly by phone but also enjoy coaching on site.
