Personalized workshops help create a dynamic and participatory environment where individuals learn specific skills and explore new approaches to workplace challenges. Workshops generally run three hours and are individualized to meet the needs of the organization. Examples of workshop topics include:

Problem Solving: A Team Approach – Develop a collaborative approach that allows staff to manage their own conflicts. Learn key steps to identify the challenge, brainstorm possible solutions and arrive at shared resolutions. Increase commitment and buy-in to the problem-solving process by giving everyone the same tools to resolve issues.

Team Building: A Common Sense Perspective – Build highly effective and cohesive teams by creating a work environment of collaboration and shared purpose. Learn how to bring employees together by promoting teamwork, defining common goals and developing an action plan for success. Help staff get more work done by working interactively.

Effective Client Services – Learn key skills that will help you serve your clients in even the most difficult situations.  Practical strategies help you react appropriately and work with the client to arrive at agreeable solutions.  Reduce the negative impact of working in high-stress situations by being proactive instead of reactive toward interacting with customers.

Interpersonal Communication: A Team Approach – Specific steps allow you to increase understanding between parties and increase collaboration. Build stronger listening, reflecting and conversational skills to promote two-way communication. Clarify what you want to say and say it with greater efficacy and fewer misunderstandings. Build stronger teams that are able to talk with each other to deal with complex interpersonal issues.

Staff Morale: It Affects Everything – Identify the underlying issues that affect morale at your organization. Use everyone’s input to create a unified, inclusive plan for building stronger morale. Develop morale-building activities that maintain the momentum moving forward. Emphasize people’s strengths and interests to increase engaged participation.

Values Clarification: What do We Care About? –  Explore and discuss the important values that guide your organization. Through sharing and working together, participants increase their understanding of the values that are important to team members and the organization. Clarifying values allows the team to work from a position of shared knowledge and understanding.

Workplace Diversity – Create a workplace that thrives on the talents, backgrounds and perspectives of your employees.  Learn practical skills that build employee cohesiveness and morale and help your employees get along with each other.  Reduce conflict, strengthen trust, increase collaboration, build stronger relationships and improve teamwork.
