What is Coaching?
Life or business coaching is a dynamic relationship that allows you to take a close look at your life and choose what you want to achieve. My coaching approach encourages you to explore who you really are without the fear of being judged or belittled. I coach people who have reached key turning points in their lives and want to discover what to do next. A life or business coach provides a fresh perspective on your situation and is trained to help you follow through and achieve your goals. I primarily coach people by telephone or through Skype.
Is Coaching Therapy?
No, coaching is not therapy or mental health services nor is it a s substitute. If you require such services, please contact a local mental health agency or hospital. Coaching focuses on the here and now and how to move forward into the future by taking action. My approach does not focus on the past and why things happen because we work on what you can do starting today to change your life.
How Will Coaching Help Me?
Coaching helps you as much as you want it to, all change and effort depends on you. This puts you in the unique position to create as much movement in your life as you want. With coaching, you call the shots and you decide how much you want to do. All progress depends on your drive and commitment. I usually work with individuals who are highly motivated to create significant change.
How Many Times Will I Need to See a Coach Before I Notice Changes?
Change happens over time as you practice new ways of doing things. My experience has taught me that people benefit more from ongoing sessions because it takes time to learn new behaviors and unlearn the old ones. I recommend starting with one session a week for a month or two to really help you start progressing. You will know when you are ready to continue on your own.
How Much Does Coaching Cost?
My fees range from $100 per hour for phone coaching to $500 per hour for certain types of group coaching. A practical way to think about the cost of coaching is to view it as an investment in your health and well being. What could be more important than you living an intensely fulfilling life? Sure, you could buy a car or clothes instead, but they won't make you happier on a deeper level like coaching does.
What if I Want to Meet a Coach in Person?
Here’s your chance to think outside the box because thousands if not millions of people have successfully experienced coaching on the phone or via Skype. It has been my experience that people are very comfortable once they get used to the idea that coaching can help them without meeting in person. If you think about it, you don’t have to physically be with someone to think about how you want to transform your life. I do provide some face to face individual and group coaching at workplaces.
Who Benefits From Coaching?
Highly motivated people who are ready to change. Not everyone is ready for coaching. It takes a real commitment to change your life and it requires that people work hard on themselves and sustain those actions over time.

Life and business coaches are trained to help you succeed based on your talents and vision and helping you focus. I help motivate people to find the answers they have inside.
