The definition of facilitation is to help make something easier or smoother. As an experienced facilitator, I help you get more done without all the noise that normally gets in the way. A neutral, outside facilitator helps you work more effectively without the personal history that frequently prevents groups and organizations from succeeding. My clients often ask me what the secret is to great facilitation. In my experience, organizations benefit from creating an atmosphere where people are encouraged to participate actively without the habitual interruptions and derailments that happen in our standard meetings.
When I facilitate meetings I am conscious of setting the client up for success. My workshops and retreats are structured to move people in some way. It is these moments of insight and even discomfort that create genuine movement and change.
I’ve been facilitating groups for over fourteen years. I have helped organizations and businesses facilitate important meetings in a variety of settings. I understand how to help people work together collaboratively and have the experience to help people move past the standard personality clashes and power struggles that sink normal meetings.
